the best tip i can give for this floor is to count the clips the gardener does- activate herb as soon as she clips a fourth time as that's when the debuff goes overdrive.

unfortunately you've gotta crack out your herb cookie for this floor specifically. he's gotta have at least 30% cooldown, which can easily be achieved through full cd beascuit + chocolates and a PINCH of substats on the toppings if need be
