This is what my therapist who specializes in childhood trauma taught me. She said that littles are fully allowed to feel pleasure, pleasure is a beautiful thing.
Sexualization and Pleasure are two very different things.

Your completely correct, littles shouldn't be sexualized.
But self pleasure or intimate sex isn't sexualization. Some, but not a lot of littles have curiosity about sex or their feelings, and having a good experiences with pleasure can help heal from trauma and negative beliefs.
