Please contact your state and federal representatives... and let them know why NSF, NIH, DOE and DOD external research agencies (and those not listed here) need to continue to support scientific research.

Also, check out, the Council note by Wayne Jones, Board Chair, who chose to highlight the new ACS Strategic Plan launched on January 1, and described in the ACS Comment a few weeks ago by Will Lynch.

Everyone in the succession plays a role. I chose to pursue the need to have us all make the case to our representatives. It’s in line with my ACS_First platform to have all of our members represent us to the world.
