Your article doesn't contradict what I said. Here's what Julie Brown, the journalist whose work triggered the entire Epstein investigation, had to say about it.

OK well this looks like confirmation that he did indeed have left-wing views in spite of his family being conservative, just like I was saying earlier. So wasn't it a mistake for so many people to post about him being a Fuentes follower?

So in your version of reality a couple of podcasters pulled off an elaborate false flag attack, as opposed to them just being idiots? I guess it's more entertaining to think that.
September 12, 2025 at 4:05 AM
lol, you're pathetic. Stop whining about me not wanting to go on a call with an insane person.

And look at what the consequences of this kind of stupidity are. Morons like you are going to destroy the world economy.

I just don't think you can't figure out the origin of the pandemic from news stories and emails. Yes there were warnings about safety issues at the lab. But there's also a history of SARS viruses infecting animals in the region.
March 25, 2025 at 3:31 PM
This is an actual photo of one of the stores BTW (not the one photographed by Holmes). Do you think they were following good safety procedures?
March 25, 2025 at 6:13 AM
And especially in China where a majority of the public thinks SARS-CoV-2 came from the USA, it would be very difficult for an ultra-nationalistic government to have to acknowledge they were responsible.
March 25, 2025 at 3:39 AM
By the time the WHO came to investigate, the CCP denied there was any evidence live mammals were sold at the Huanan Market at all (this screenshot is from the WHO report). They accused Eddie Holmes of faking the pictures he took of raccoon dogs there.
March 25, 2025 at 2:06 AM
There was also a leaked report from the China CDC, published by the Epoch Times, that said the same thing...it most likely came from wildlife being sold the west side of the market (the same conclusion Michael Worobey and others later reached).
March 25, 2025 at 1:58 AM
I think it's better to stick with what we know...there was an outbreak at a wet market, and when it was first reported the CCP tried to censor it.

Once the word got out thanks to Dr. Li Wenliang and there was a public backlash, the government briefly acknowledged that it came from wildlife there.
March 25, 2025 at 1:55 AM
I found this article that makes exactly the same point. There are many different types of wet markets, most of them don't sell live wildlife. Then you can further narrow down by type of animals.

So the 40,000 number is misleading.

Yeah it's fine to speculate about. But what always gets left out is how this idea was deceptively promoted by people with an agenda, including some of the same people who said there were WMDs in Iraq. Instead journalists like Zeynep Tufekci take their narrative at face value.
March 24, 2025 at 8:48 PM
What's really strange is that you'll see posts by NYT op-ed columnists like @nickkristof.bsky.social speaking out against the Trump admin's defunding of science.

But NYT also keeps publishing poorly researched pieces hyping the lab leak conspiracy that seem tailor-written to justify that narrative.
March 24, 2025 at 8:34 PM
J.J. Couey started off believing in the lab leak theory but then he got so paranoid he decided it's a "controlled opposition" narrative to cover up the real truth that the pandemic was completely staged. You can't make this stuff up, it's real-life unintentional comedy.
March 24, 2025 at 7:57 PM
Meanwhile Rossana Segreto buys into the conspiracy theory pushed by the CCP themselves, which says that SARS-CoV-2 leaked from a US lab and that e-cig cases are really COVID.
March 24, 2025 at 7:53 PM
This guy Dan Sirotkin for instance, has his own conspiracy theory about how SARS-CoV-2 is a vaccine experiment gone wrong created by the PLA. He's also a sex criminal who went to prison for molesting a teenage girl and has no scientific background at all.

March 24, 2025 at 7:48 PM
In fact when you look at the people on this paper DRASTIC published, they're ALL deranged conspiracy theorists who believe in different crackpot theories...it's almost impressive.
March 24, 2025 at 7:42 PM
BTW the same thing applies to the group that you're part of, DRASTIC. These are some posts by "Daoyu Zhang" under their old username Flavinkins. They're retweeting QAnon accounts that say the vaccines could wipe out the human race, they think Biden stole the 2020 election.
March 24, 2025 at 7:37 PM
That's obviously not what RFK is talking about...he thinks drugs taken by gay people might be causing AIDS. So just to be clear, you're proud of putting this person in charge of the entire US public health system?
March 24, 2025 at 4:49 PM
And that wifi causes cancer. These are some deranged views and yet you wanted to put this person in charge of the entire public health system. Sorry but it does reflect on your ability to judge these things.
March 24, 2025 at 4:48 AM
He also thinks autism might be caused by vaccines...
March 24, 2025 at 4:46 AM
We can both see what he said here. I don't know what you think you're accomplishing by pretending RFK Jr. hasn't questioned whether HIV causes AIDS.
March 24, 2025 at 4:45 AM
That quote is part of a longer conversation where he also says he doesn't think the lab leak happened.

Funny how you left that part out.
March 24, 2025 at 4:43 AM
"No he doesn't"

It's in the article I posted. And the reason I'm bringing it up is that it shows how terrible you are at figuring these things out. A grade school student should be able to figure out that he's a crackpot, you wanted him as Health Secretary.
March 24, 2025 at 1:55 AM
This is basically just an ad for AI. NYT columnists like @kevinroose.com and @ezraklein.bsky.social have also been uncritically hyping the technology with their recent columns.
