The conclusion which I am warranted in … observations is, that a mere demarcation on parchment of the constitutional limits of the several departments, is not a sufficient guard against those encroachments which lead to a tyrannical concentration of all the powers of government in the same hands.

Trump is seriously at the podium right now saying how sad we are, then blaming DEI at the FAA, then incompetence at the ATC, then Obama, then Biden, then Buttigieg, for the crash. Then he went on ranting about how great he is and how bad these pilots must have been. Wow.

I guess the argument that religion is needed in the classroom was always a weak one, as it has no impact on whether school shootings occur. Once again, we’ll hear thoughts and prayers instead of real, meaningful action.

When oligarchs control a government, public policies prioritize private profits over the people’s welfare. Infrastructure crumbles, social services decline, and the voices of ordinary citizens are drowned out by wealth-driven agendas. Progress cannot thrive under such dominance.
