On the next journey.
Finally managed to get this working. Had to create a new sessions migrating file. Remove the one that came included with Laravel Breeze starter kit (which comes in the users migration file). Forced refresh the db, cleared the cache and now things seems good.
Not gonna lie, Laravel's 419 page error got me extremely frustrated. Docs don't help, AI ain't helping. Tsk tsk
