Spot on. The attention economy relies on quick hits of dopamine and outrage. It’s important to slow down and treat your mind as sacred. Be aware of what you allow your eyes to see. It’s something many including myself struggle with in the modern age.

Fair point. You only slip as far as you allow yourself to. It is only the individual himself who can take back control of his mind. To not be consumed by the tension that life may send him.
