Just as a general rule, if the "candid" video you're watching contains a complete comedy sequence, you should be very suspicious. This video tries to get around that by positing a security camera, but a security camera for where? Is this a home, an office, a breakroom? Doesn't look like any of them.

It kind of did with Obama— who had one of the most openly progressive platforms in a lot of ways, because he campaigned on healthcare and, crucially, a public option for it. The lessons the strategists learned, though, was apparently “cool graphic design and texting people is what works”

Are you a lawyer or is that just your guess? Because even for a federal lawsuit it seems way more clear cut than most defamation cases.

I'm not a lawyer though, and the law classes I've taken have been all environmentally related so I could absolutely be wrong here
