I love the winter #solstice and none was more magical than that spent a few years ago mid-afternoon with the ancient yews in Kingley Vale, nr Chichester. The journey there via one of the oldest roman roads in the country was in itself somehow special. Enjoy what is left of the light. Happy Solstice.
