How can we support effective distributed leadership? How can we share better? And how can we ensure we retain humility, an ability to reflect on what doesn’t work and why – and then do something about it?”
Great questions and provocations here on governance and leadership in challenging times.
Just published in @artsprofessional.co.uk our new article 'Conversations on the challenges of governance'. Exploring how closer collaboration between the arts sector and universities could strengthen leadership and governance.

Just imagine for a moment how much could be achieved if every university had a Water Woman award.
Our colleagues at Water at Leeds continue to recognize and celebrate the inspiring power of women in the discipline as their Water Woman Award opens for nominations. Good luck to all entrants.

I love the winter #solstice and none was more magical than that spent a few years ago mid-afternoon with the ancient yews in Kingley Vale, nr Chichester. The journey there via one of the oldest roman roads in the country was in itself somehow special. Enjoy what is left of the light. Happy Solstice.
