I dislocated my patella at a stretch and flex class. It could have been avoided if I listened to my body. Then again, I've also read articles that encourage challenging exercise for overcoming pain. I'd still recommend trusting your instincts though! Rehab itself is a pain, in more ways than one

I'm inspired to start making changes to live a more intentional life. I was born in 1991 so I had a good 8 years before Google was released to the public in late 1998. My mind was much more focused as a child (I was a quiet, conscientious kid). I would like to return to that way of life.

I've been researching Docker and planning high-level. Looks like I basically have to create a Dockerfile in my project directory and edit my compose.yaml -- next steps are to set up a virtual environment and dockerize it. I wonder if I'll be able to do that all within an hour?

Spent half an hour re-orientating myself with my Pi and Home Assistant. I'm going to update Spotcast before I work on my E-ink display. It's a gift for my parents to let them know I'm thinking about them so it would be nice to play songs for them occasionally. Hit 'em with the Buble, ya know?
