Been trying out Oura’s new glucose monitoring integration this week. Flawless execution. Been so insightful being able to track it alongside my other Oura data — like seeing how activity, stress, and meals affect it.

Been setting up presence tracking throughout the house for home automation stuff. Using Bluetooth triangulation since I have a few devices always on me, like my Oura ring and Whoop band. It’s insane how accurate you can get it with just a few sensors around.

I've built an integration that can auto-import all my Oura ring health data into @notion.com each day, so I can aggregate and visualize my data there.
I also used OpenAI deep research to build a nutrition matrix with my supplement data, so I can now validate against RDA and UL.

I’ve been refining my daily routine system in Notion lately. It’s really helped me stay more consistent, and along the way, I’ve learned a lot about Notion and how it's automations work. I think it’s nearly perfect for my needs now.
