A bodybuilder took pity on me and took 20 minutes out of his routine to coach me.
Have been doing too little with too heavy weights, breaks are long and my technique sucks basically. Does a lot to explain my mediocre results afrer 5 years. Going to go in to my sunday chest session with that in mind
