I found the diet stuff on Japan & Korea in prehistory. some people in Japan have low insulin release NORMALLY.
Some probably have monogenic version of diabet(es).

I support the diet via Dr. David Ludwig's website with a few changes. I believe the glycemic index of rice is too high for most of us who are inactive. I use wild rice. It is tricky to cook it, but its nutritious & high in fiber.

My father liberated Dachau. He never spoke of it. died in 1972, left behind pics of the gruesome truth. His older sister told me of his heroism. I believe he had a bit of PTSD for the rest of life after the Army insisted he drive a road grader & bury the dead bodies of Jews.
