Allowing a single pre-approved question at a tightly stage-managed event does not demonstrate press freedom, nor does it override the reality of widespread censorship and repression of independent journalism in Russia.

Allowing a single pre-approved question at a tightly stage-managed event does not demonstrate press freedom, nor does it override the reality of widespread censorship and repression of independent journalism in Russia.
