2. He’s so independent we pass each other on the stairs. I give him a nod like he’s a coworker
3. When I bike he nips at my legs like I’m a cow

Whenever my chronic illness flares and all I can do is open a protein shake (today!), my mom makes me meals. It always makes me think of those of us who don’t have support. I just wanted to share this to take a moment for them, and for the caretakers out there ♥️

I repurposed the toboggan of my childhood when my parents were tossing it out. A few coat hooks and baskets, and the memory of my greatest fat lip lives on. This thing cooked, and my dad tried to “save” me as we took flight, but then landed on top of me. The night hides the jumps 🌙

Unforeseen benefits of an e-cargo(ish)bike: stimulating the economy. Not only have I made unplanned stops for takeout because I can just throw the food in back, it also saves just enough time to allow for lunch outings. Today, Sea Salt! Turbo assist ♥️
