I just told a sales person this today who was trying to sell me a roof. He just bashed the competition and after meeting said competition, have selected them instead. He never asked me a single question. How can you sell without asking questions and active listening?

As a gay man if I have a hint of rainbow anywhere I’m fired. Crosses and Jesus Buttons on Tishirts and posters are fine though.

Buckle up! As soon as teachers reach the point where their pensions are fully funded, we will be seeing mass retirements and mid-year resignations. Public education is beyond broken in heave Trump, rural areas.
