My wife and I have lived in our home for 37 years. If we started today, we couldn't afford it. I worry that the "American Dream" of owning a home is fading, much like the rotary phone. Affordable housing won't become a reality because our government lacks the incentive to make it happen.

I will absolutely be voting against Durbin in the primary at this point.
