The absolute WORST thing you can do is replace HR roles with AI. HR roles are heavily regulated in the way the comm with people everything is sanitized. It already borders on uncanny valley. Now no human would be comfortable talking with a robot and deal with that kind of language.

I cant wait for the netflix special on the dramatization where a plucky Law upstart is able to convince the courts that Drug Cartels cant be considered terrorists because they are just a business supplying a market need. Although not the best business practices...or legal product, still a business.
