But that’s the point: if you’re under 18 you’re not even considered an adult yet ppl are taking advantage of *children’s bad judgment* in these situations… adults make bad choices all the time, no one is saying the state should “protect them from themselves” - we’re saying to protect ACTUAL MINORS.

But Vance isn’t related to Trump. That’s my whole point - it’s much more like a belief in a “divine right of kings” than fealty to a political party at this point. And I doubt the general populace 100+ years ago actually believed GOD gave the King/Queen throne, but the whole country went along w/ it

You clearly haven’t seen their posts & merch about his kids, then. They really think the Trump family line is heaven-sent & all his sons are destined to rule. Only those adjacent to power often pretending to believe + some delusional sycophants are needed & the entire populace is under their thumb.

I mean, a lot of 🇺🇸 Republicans literally think that Trump is “God’s appointed vessel”… and he’s not the only leader witha religious cult following, even if his title isn’t technically “king.”

I posted that it’s good to donate to ppl directly rather than just food banks bc they’re not accessible to many disabled ppl like me & was told “Snap benefits were never cancelled. Is there a reason you don't have Snap this month?”

The just sheer finger-pointing & policing that ppl do is DEPRESSING
