Slogans need to be clear and direct to cut through the noise and the lies. You should have an accurate slogan, and then also explain the details.
"Abolish ICE" is a good slogan if you want to eliminate ICE as a government agency (which I do). It sounds like Gallego would rather reform ICE?

Search engines have similar tradeoffs between quality and engagement: trashy clickbait pulls clicks/views in the short term. Fortunately, users lose interest in the long term if you shovel trash at them, so search companies have an incentive to deliver satisfying results instead of candy.

Especially in silicon valley, which include Scott Wiener's district. Here, a month's rent generally costs ~4x a month's groceries, and owning a house costs at least $1.5 million. Hopefully he can get more dense housing built to drive down those costs.
