We thread our arguments through the analytical prism of Bradshaw and others v. The United Kingdom. With this judgment being released this week, our arguments are extremely timely, in the event that this case is referred to the Grand Chamber and also for inevitable future cases which are to follow.

Completely naive to think that this is practically achievable. If the funding isn’t there to go to existing conferences, how are people going to have the ability to ‘build’ their own?
