At this point, with 3 hours left, Not only will we hit 2 million turnout (compared to 1.15 in 2021), but BROOKLYN AND QUEENS ALONE might match the 2021 turnout for the entire city.

We *might* hit 2 million turnout. And Brooklyn is absolutely killing it!

So 8% of US adults is ~ 21 million people.
Unless 2/3 of respondents are simply lying (and unless back of napkin math is just WAY off), suspicions are confirmed that the 7 million people estimate for Oct 18 No Kings was a drastic underestimate.
Key point: there are WAY more of us than them.

Bye bye Spotify.
I knew they were a not-great company and didn’t treat their artists very well, but offering active support for the Gestapo is a fascist bridge too far.

Wow. Tomorrow's event map looks significantly more dense than the June No Kings, which was already 13 million people.
The people are rising.

Two hours left to vote in NYC! As of 6pm, compared to 2021, Turnout looks to be slightly higher in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and lower than 2021 in Queens, The Bronx, and SI.
Can’t predict a thing, but would rather be Mamdani than Cuomo (for oh so very many reasons).
EVERY VOTE COUNTS!

Just so everybody understands, it is very likely that Cuomo will be leading tonight after the round 1 results, whether he eventually loses or not.
Here’s a good guiding metric:

Just an unbelievable turnout. We’ve moved a block in an hour. Way way more young people than last time, too. Just massive.

Voted! Very rainy day, but the site was pretty full. People under 40 were showing up, which is obviously the key to everything. :)
