I am so excited to share that in September I will be starting a PhD at the The University of Edinburgh/Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh through the E5 DTP. The work will focus on the traits, ecology and evolution of geoxyles across continents and will be supervised by @jess-rickenback.bsky.social!

-I’m a plant/soil ecologist (big up roots)
-Did some research on roundabouts (stay tuned for a paper soon)
- I study grasslands and farms now
-Currently clawing my way towards a life in academia in the pursuit of becoming a gentleman scientist
