Somehow, I don't think this is ofcom's rationale though, and surely there are better ways to protect kids from this kind of exploitation than to outright stop them from earning money? They might well need it!

I could maybe understand this level of restriction for creators under the age of 16, since prior to that I could see parents potentially exploiting their children by forcing them to stream.
