I wonder if "CEOs" of small businesses like authors other microenterprises could flood such a call line by reporting threats like unjustly denied insurance claims, irrational supreme court decisions, etc.

To everyone in a similar scenario: the tactic my doctor's office has taught me is to ask, in writing, for:
1) the name, board specialty, and license number of the doctor making the determination the treatment was not medically necessary;

I've use digital dialectical behavioral therapy tools & found them helpful, but DBT is not specifically designed to reduce self harm. It was designed to treat borderline personality disorder & has been found to help some other conditions, but I don't think those include every cause of self harm.
