Just saw your work up on screen :) I'm also demoing your dialogue system with my game here.

Maybe having a bunch of weak kneed centrists who buckle to Fascists in the party is a perennially losing proposition and we should eject them.

Into the Sun, preferably.

At this point, Tesla is a company that sells company stock, and if you want to invest in its future you might buy one of their cars.

I sure do love living in a country that decorates its State House from the discount bin at Michael's while it can't keep planes in the air and people fed.

The GOP have made a mockery of the very idea of government itself.

This has got me thinking about my own gameplay loops and how I can structure the levels and the world for post release expansion.

I've got a boat mechanic that lets one travel between islands, which are natural boundaries. I've also got mirrors, which are another level portal mechanic.

Each of these studios also appears to be weathering the apocalyptic studio collapse going on in industry right now.

*knock-on-wood*

Or at least, they've kept going for a while now. (Supergiant seems like an amazingly well run business as an outsider)

Some games that I've come back to several times include:

- Motion Twin: "Dead Cells"
- Supergiant: "Hades"
- System Era: "Astroneer"
- Polymorph: "Foundation"
- Poncle: "Vampire Survivors"
- Monomi Park: "Slime Rancher"

Each has added new elements to draw me back in again and again.

If the design of a game lends itself towards incremental development, then re-introduction of enthusiasm long after the initial purchase becomes possible.

Which drives NPS

Of course, the initial game still needs to be fun for players, but why shouldn't the devs *also* have fun after the release? 😄

It's also *very* early in development 😅
