Alright. Here are the pros and cons. I know which one wins. Praying for my wrists.
A pros vs. cons list. The title says "DIALOGUE BOXES" The pros are: - Draw icons once & reuse - Icons can also be PFPs, etc. [Underlined red] - Very quick once assets are made [Underlined red] - All same size, so stack nicely - I could use the textless images for actual games - Can respond directly to asker/immerse them personally (-> get more asks?) The cons are: - Small amount of text per image = many images -> only 4 images per BlueSky post - Heavily relies on external asks (I'll get bored) [Underlined red] - Kinda boring? I'll draw lots of similar images and then just edit text ['welp'/bored and straight-mouthed emoji] [Underlined red] - Only really worth posting on Tumblr & maybe Neocities (not even coded yet) - Only so much expression possible through busy upwards icons, will need to draw new stuff for special actions/scenes anyway [Underlined red] A pros vs. cons list. (Repost) Forgot to post this here. Day three of my drawing a day challenge. I had no idea what to draw, so I started sketching the eye. I really like messing with a limited colour palette when using pencils, so I tried to simulate that digitally.
