On the cause-remedy point, I think teams often lock themselves into an approach too early because some teams measure tangible progress in the form of screens. There are a number of reasons, e.g. delivery pressure, IxD preference, screen-focused UR, etc.

The Lizzy Line may need to be renamed the Hate-Crime Line. My wife, kids and I are part of the stat below after asking adults next to us to stop vaping.

So the car battery is flat, and it turns out that it's quite hard to find someone willing/able to help. Might be getting old, but I feel like this was relatively easy to solve "back in the day".
