For now, if you have the resources to, do the small things to help other people. Teach. Make music. Build community to help those in need. You can't fix everything. But you can be kind.

Use those to focus on having a plan for after the destruction - which assumptions can you drop, what needs to exist in their wake.

I've been through my own grief cycle for a life I once had in a country I still love. And thought hard about who and what to be. And for now I can only think of really know who you are, what your values are, what's precious to you.
