I got this too when I put the new dirty nail swatch on. For me it’s just the shorter dirty nails; the longer ones work fine.

Oh no! What about sims in save files I haven’t opened since the previous patch? Will they be broken when I open the save or will they be fine?

Did you just switch to a back up save or were you able to fix it? Its happened to my sim too.

Oooh thanks for your reply! I don’t think pine is a trigger for me and I have been able to use some essential oils in a diffuser without reacting.

And yes, I’ve made an appointment with the doctor but it’s not till next week. I’m sleeping with my head & chest propped up, using saline spray, upped my MCAS meds, gargling with salt water, drinking green tea and honey, nothing is helping 😔
