I hate that it makes all aspects of life so much harder. The inability to resolve problems ends up costing both the individual and the company loads of time and money. Yet this is now the norm. They are counting on you giving up and giving in to their demands.

His words do not meet the moment. Looking at the big picture shouldn't mean you can ignore what is happening or how we are going to get out of this mess. Platitudes aren't going to cut it or appealing to our better selves.
