I mean, there was the boar incident, but that had extremely extraneous circumstances and the imitation was far from intentional.

It's not uncommon for medical professionals to not be up-to-date with trans healthcare, or actively sabotage trans people by giving them way too low doses, or just making them wait for hormones forever.
