Pippin’s fur got matted, in part because he resists letting us comb his hair and in part because he likes wrestling with larger dogs, so he had to get a severe haircut yesterday. He’s smaller than we thought!

What a beauty! Pippin is getting better about being groomed, thank goodness (he’s 9 months old now).

Our first poodle was a miniature, named Kirby. He lived to be 14.

I need to get curtains for the new sliding glass doors, but I do love the view of blossoming Jacaranda trees!
