It is a little weird to me countries aren’t more aggressively, formally trying to take advantage of the U.S. science brain drain. Once in a lifetime opportunity to buy low on Non-Dumbass Americans with PhDs who just wanna look into microscopes and quietly cure ass cancer as our country eats shit.

Eric Schmidt is completely delusional. "Schmidt predicted a dramatic reshaping of the job market, saying, “In the next one year, the vast majority of programmers will be replaced by AI programmers.”" None of what he says is going to happen in his lifetime. www.business-standard.com/technology/t...

So there's this country.
It produces money, electronically. Then sends that money to other countries, and in return receives all the goods its citizens might want. Just for sending an electronic notification that it's created more money.

And it doesn't like that.

Donald Trump has committed the most profound, harmful and unnecessary economic error in the modern era. Almost everything he said—on history, economics and the technicalities of trade—was utterly deluded econ.st/3YbbFjq

My hobby horse. You can simulate a rocket all you want, and use more energy on computation than the actual rocket would, but you won't get to orbit until you ignite rocket fuel. What if all the energy we are spending on simulating learning is not the juice we really need to make intelligence?

We're using #HSGPs to isolate ⚽ players' contribution from team effects and introduce Skill- and Performance Above Replacement metrics.
Paper is still WIP, but we put it on Arvix to get first feedback!

I want this sooooo badly. Running an LLC in Germany is a nightmare.

I‘d add a questionnaire-style invoice generator for Europe but also the world, that sets the right taxes. Especially beyond the EU I have to look up each jurisdiction anew and stuff like reverse charge tax can get truly confusing.

I think the only other thing I'd want would be a class to help you use it.

One thing that we have here in the states with incubators and colleges is entrepreneurial courses to help you figure this stuff out.

If this existed, and was smooth to use, Europe would be a huge step closer to making it easy to start businesses.
