I get that. But saying that Trump is too stupid to understand the law is a sort of cop out. It is his policy, you know he is insisting on it, he doesn’t care what the lawyers say. Ignorance is no excuse, put it squarely on him.

Why is it never Trump’s fault? This is a great letter, except for letting Trump off the hook for any responsibility in this debacle.
