as i eat better and practice good sleep habits and quit weed and etc etc etc im realizing: my psychiatrist sucks- im doing all the shit she said and i am just as anxious exhausted overwhelmed. I HAVE ISSUES beyond just bad habits. Idk… need to be better someday. Workin on it.
