You could make mass transit safe to ride so that even people without cars can be safe.
They literally just said only people who can afford cars deserve to be safe after cutting Head Start, effectively adding a $1000-3000 monthly child care bill to low income families.

There are 33m companies in the USA. Only 21k employe 500 or more. And they only make up 23% of workers.
Trump and Elon are ignoring the more than 32m entrepreneurs that can't afford to build a new factory or pay tariffs or absorb cancelled contracts.
