I don’t think Lisa Blackburn was necessarily the right pick to go against him, but I’m baffled (sarcastically) that poor performance is rewarded, again.

I grew up in John’s district when he was HRM councillor, so before you consider his indefensible comments on the domestic violence epidemic (that led him to stepping down as justice minister) his performance as councillor wasn’t stellar, notably this collosal waste of money www.cbc.ca/amp/1.2981654.
