Recently we put 2 of our hometown pizza places against each other considering unit price (same diameter pizza) and had a debate that included consistency in the recipe, proportions of ingredients, and overall taste.

Love this example!! It is a great EOY problem for my 7th graders. Throw in a % and you have basically covered all the big content.

Inspirational episode!

Any set of review questions would do. Each team started with 2 flags of each of 4 colors. As students completed questions, they had to show their work and verbally explain to me. I then let them steal a flag for correct responses. The twist, mystery amount of pts for each color revealed at end.
