Texas native, family is all in Tennessee, but home is now in the PNW. Not mad about it.
I cannot tell you how much lighter and safer I feel being outside of my own country. What a stunning day we spent in Victoria, B.C.

This is hanging on the wall in our VRBO and I can’t help but think…what a failure to execute.

Are they trying to make their guests crazy or just seeing which guests straighten them?

Is this a game??

Not sure what this was about. Did anything similar happen at your theater? We can’t figure out what they were doing and nothing came of it.

The first day of fall calls for some borscht. 😋🍂🍁

I got off the internet and watched some Savannah Banana baseball in Seattle. I highly recommend.

I’ll be sitting here or out on the lake all weekend. Living well. #pnw #camping

This is a first. My seatbelt on this Boeing 8MAX has an airbag in it.

So would it punch me in the face and knock me senseless like the car kind do?

Should I actually feel safer? #AlaskaAirlines

I didn’t know I bought the lilies that grow up to 8ft tall. I planted said lilies on an incline.

Here’s an immaculate example of an ADHD flower bed. Hey, did you know that the bulbs multiply? Me either.

Tennessee, please don’t tell me it’s 88° when the real feal is 106°!

What is even the point of showing 88 when you get hit with fiery swamp air as soon as you step outside?

How tall are stargazer lilies going to grow? I’m on year three and they’re starting to grow taller than the fence.

Do they just keep getting higher every year?

It’s CMA Fest weekend in Nashville and we’re ready to kick it off with some pool time. But in true CMA Fest fashion, the weather isn’t cooperating.

Oof. The featured flight right now on Flightradar24 is a Boeing 737-MAX that was rejected by China and is flying back to Seattle.

Boeing really can’t afford any more hits but they keep coming. I hate to see it.

Does it freak anyone else out that all our laws call for is a SEMBLANCE of justice?

Like…y’all know the meaning of semblance, right? Cause that’s not really a very solid offer.

Just placed a hold at the library. Pretty awesome to see this kind of wait time. Streisand Effect wins again!

This is March in the PNW. This is when we all consider moving to Bend or Arizona. It drains your soul to never see the sun.

Just going through a box of stuff and found this letter to my grandma from Marine Corps HQ and thinking…

we already fought against and died for freedom from fascism!! How did we let our country fall to it in a month?

My timeline sums up the overall feeling currently.

We went for a quick hike and a picnic mid-winter today. This is not something I would have done prior to moving to the PNW.

But when the sun’s out, fun’s out! #PNW #SilverFalls #Oregon

Poor bird. He really goes through it. 🤣

I’m over here killing my streak and Duo still looks possessed and threatening.

I’ll never quite get why Duolingo went straight psychopath with their mascot, but it works.

I got a birdhouse with a camera for Christmas and I’m now a full-blown old person who comes home and shuffles through pictures of birds for fun. Here’s a spotted towhee!

I’m digging the idea, but do these LED masks actually work? I guess I’ll let you know.

“All the fast food places will have to close” they said.

Same thing five years in with the minimum wage for salaried employees in Washington state. It introduced a livable wage w/out crashing the state’s economy.

I feel like Apple Intelligence was found on a junk shelf at TJ Maxx or Ross.

My genmoji has some wild eyeballs and the picture it built from my description is…problematic.
