I have one builder who I love to see coming because they build great homes and are engaged forever on projects that they built 20+ years ago. They show up when needed and are the definition of good neighbor.

Sometimes, the only leverage we have to fix a current issue with a development is to hold a prospective development from moving forward for a minute so the developer knows we're serious.
