We had a discussion about the NOFO in committee yesterday and what the hit will be where funding opportunities will shift. No good info yet on impact and we have limited time to figure it out.

I have one builder who I love to see coming because they build great homes and are engaged forever on projects that they built 20+ years ago. They show up when needed and are the definition of good neighbor.

Yes, and - we also want developers who care about their current projects. The best way to get the entitlement you want is to care about what you've already built.

Sometimes, the only leverage we have to fix a current issue with a development is to hold a prospective development from moving forward for a minute so the developer knows we're serious.
