Working with the creators of this project and it's pretty amazing to see AI used in a good way for once.

Inspired on true events, two #blackartists are telling the story of their uncle who was in the music industry in the 1970s.

Series premiere is July 10th 🎸🎷🎺🎙️

artists support each other when systems will not. there's little safety net. it is resilience. artists are not your competitors. artists are your peers, mentors, and the ones who will defend the ability to create sustainably.

to those who struggle to continue drawing,
you are an artist.

I'm going to flower bomb some greenways that have sat there bare unattended and left with trash to build up...

That way we get pollinators and we get to look at something better than dirt trash piles...

If it weren't enough to be doing daily life under a 80 year old dementia kook president who thinks he is both God and the Pope simultaneously,

we with a uterus also have to experience monthly cramps.

So excuse me if I'm a bit... Annoyed.

Fuck.

Star Wars taught me more of a moral code than any Bible verse. The power of Hope, the importance of Friendship and Loyalty, embracing Diversity and Acceptance, the perils of Hubris and Arrogance—and the balance between Light and Dark…

Stay on target, my friends… and May the 4th be with you. Always.

I hate feeling stuck.
Paralyzed in the motion of doing things that need to be done but don't hit that sweet spot of satisfaction

A very hard pill to swallow is that when we do this work for ourselves and our communities, Bob benefits too (and almost always, benefits more than us).

Sincerely wish that all the Bobs in this country would stop fighting all those who are trying to help them be healthier, happier, and more secure.
