You can take your estrogen as long as you are still feeling the benefits! I’m a menopause coach and there are so many benefits to taking it long term- heart and bone health most prevalent.

Menopause coach here! My advice: Regulate sleep/wake time, get natural light first thing, no screen/coffee first 1 hour after waking. It will reset your rhythm. At night, finish eating 3h before bed, dim lights, limit screen time or use blue light blockers. Good luck!
