We cannot let these fringe lunatics destroy hope of cures for thousands of diseases for millions of people. Everyone should be putting constant, extreme pressure on their representatives to end these dangerous, nonessential moves.

Is it a negotiation to end a war if it does not involve all of the participants in the war? Or, is it just a meeting of two criminals plotting to gang up on the party they excluded?
