Caleb Williams is the third Bears rookie QB ever to start and finish a win over the Packers.

That’s something. Now it’s time to find a coach to make that something a consistent winner.

Williams once again showed just enough promise for the Bears to feel hopeful but also understand a lot needs to get done on offense.

In researching Odunze's work on fourth down, I noticed Keenan Allen and DJ Moore also rank highly. The Bears are second in the NFL in fourth-down conversions, and Caleb Williams is 18-of-26 for 221 yards, 2 TDs, 1 INT, passer rating of 104.8 and a league-high 16 passing first downs on 4th.
As the No. 3 WR on a lowly-ranked passing offense that has had multiple head coaches and play callers, a lot went against Rome Odunze. But there should still be optimism — go see what he's done on fourth down. Sat down with the Bears rookie to discuss his season www.nytimes.com/athletic/602...

Odunze has stayed positive in a challenging year, leaning on his note-taking and building chemistry with fellow rookie Caleb Williams.
