Still thinking about Paul McCartney ending Friday night's concert with, "And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make."
Not to mention seeing him perform "Let it Be" and "Hey Jude" live. Such a great concert.

8pm tonight on the Hallmark channel: my big movie premiere as "Guy walking into the party" in A Newport Christmas! Let's see if my 10-hours on set and 15 seconds of filming time makes the final cut. If they don't show the couples walking into the party, the whole plot just falls apart.

My big movie premiere is coming up on Sunday, November 2 on the Hallmark Channel. The big question is: did I make the film? After being on set for 8 hours, my shot took all of 10 seconds.

I have 2 of those in my backyard, after seeing carpenter bees earlier this year and - I kid you not - watched a bee in the trap fly up then crawl out one of the holes. So disappointed. Both traps still empty (but also: no bees - not sure where they went)

26k trail race yesterday (Hoof It On The Hill). First 10 miles were great, then I hit a wall. Still finished 3 minutes faster than last year. These shoes were retired afterwards.

I put in 10 hours yesterday of grading, class prep and cleaning the house so I could get out trail running this morning. Running trails is my therapy.
