Trump (or his aides) sent out this social post today while at one of his Florida golf courses. He arrived at the golf course today at 12:28 p.m. according to today's pool reporter, Shawn McCreesh of NYT. It is a quiet news day. This is a way to generate headlines. Even if it never materializes.

Trump, of course, has no authority to reverse a pardon issued by a prior president. He can make what claims he wants on social media. He does have the power to issue his own executive orders reversing an executive order from a prior president. But that would not include pardons
