Together with Winnie Byanyima, our new PermRep emphasized the importance of @unaids.org work to #EndAIDS, and its future transition towards a fully integrated HIV response within the UN.

Our new Permanent Representative to the UN & other international organisations in Geneva reaffirmed #KingdomNL’s commitment to multilateralism - vital for peace, security, human rights and sustainable development.

On the 3rd anniversary of the large scale Russian invasion of #Ukraine I represented #Netherlands at the #UNGA and the #UNSC. I stressed that we all want peace, the Ukrainian people most of all. But it needs to be a just, comprehensive and lasting peace, not one that rewards aggression.
