It’s a special kind of quiet.

I never read the book nor did I get into the musical in that formative way that one experiences a musical when they see it for the first time at a certain age. So, without those preconceived notions, I really enjoyed the films.

The worst. We have neighbors who like to feed the rabbits, so we already have rabbit shit everywhere. Half the surveillance is “is she nibbling at little rabbit poops, which I will let go, or is she chowing down on a dog poop and now I have to intervene?”

OTOH if you sneak watch her, she’ll show you where the poops are that you couldn’t find. This usually involves me watching from inside then running out to the porch, switching from inside shoes to outside shoes, and running outside yelling “drop it!” Hopefully I remembered to grab a bag on the way.
